How to use this Page?

1. This page lists the vivas created by you.

2. The list has many buttons to access more information. These buttons are - Evaluation Criteria, Reference/Guideline, Allocate, Question Bank, Evaluate, and Evaluation Marks. You can directly jump to these pages by clicking on a button.

3. You can perform the below operation.

3.1. DELETE VIVA - To remove viva, click on the Delete Button. On-click the pop-up will open, you have to write the reason for deleting the viva. Then you will get a confirmation message. Please confirm for deletion. The number of characters permitted to write the reason for deletion is 100.

3.2. EDIT VIVA - On-click the Edit button, you will be redirected to the original page of Viva creation. You have to make the changes as you require on this page. Then, you have to save Viva. If you don't save the changes, then these will be lost.

3.3 SHARE VIVA - You can share your Viva with other faculties. You can do it by using the share button.

3.4 COPY VIVA - You can also copy Viva shared by other faculties. Click on the copy button, and a pop-up window will come up on the screen. Select the name of the faculty from whose list you want to copy Viva. All Viva shared by the selected faculty will be available in the list. Select the checkbox to copy the viva. You can select multiple viva and click on the Done button. After this, copied viva will appear on your Viva List.
